Vision & Development Committee is a part of Al Nahda National School and has been successfully serving students for the past three years. Each year, the VDC introduces innovative projects which are informational and help motivate our student perspective.

The main goal of the centre is to help the students develop their skills and to improve their healthy life style through activities and competitions throughout the year.

We believe that parental involvement will have a positive influence on your child’s educational outcomes. We strongly recommend that parents should get more involved and play a greater part in their children’s education and schooling.A growing body of research shows that successful parent involvement improves not only student behavior and attendance, but also positively affects student achievement.

How to become involved:

1 - School Activities

Parents can be involved in a range of school activities such as assisting in the classroom, helping with excursions and educational camps, or offering their expertise to help organize extracurricular activities such as sports carnivals and musicals.

2- Parents involvement Committee (PIC)

Parents play a more formal role in setting the future direction of the school.

3 - Community Partner

Community partner will be selected from a list of international and local companies which will help and support the school during certain activities and campaigns, competitions or academic programs. (For example, Abu Dhabi Reads, Abu Dhabi Smiles etc).
