Curricula

Academic Programs

At Al Nahda National School Schools, our curriculum is designed to inspire a love of learning, nurture curiosity, and empower every student to reach their full potential.

Guided by our vision of Everyone Learns. Everyone Engages. Everyone Reflects. We provide a challenging, inclusive, and engaging learning experience that develops confident, compassionate, and lifelong learners who are prepared to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Our curriculum combines academic excellence with the development of essential 21st- century skills, encouraging students to think critically, communicate effectively, collaborate with others, embrace innovation, and reflect on their learning. Rooted in strong values and a deep appreciation of Emirati identity, our programmes prepare students to become responsible global citizens, ethical leaders, and resilient individuals who contribute positively to their communities.

American Program

Our American Program offers a comprehensive education from Pre-KG to Grade 12, aligned with the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for English Language Arts and Mathematics and the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). Students experience a rigorous, inquiry-based curriculum that promotes deep understanding, creativity, critical thinking, and real-world application of knowledge.

British Program

Our British Program provides a seamless educational pathway from FS2 to Year 13. Students follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in the early years, progress through Cambridge Primary, Cambridge Lower Secondary, and Cambridge Upper Secondary (IGCSE), before completing Pearson Edexcel A Levels, preparing them for success at leading universities around the world.

Across both programs, students also study the UAE Ministry of Education curriculum in Arabic Language, Islamic Education, UAE Social Studies, and Moral Education, ensuring a strong foundation in national identity, heritage, and values while meeting all UAE educational requirements.

Recognising the importance of preparing students for a rapidly evolving digital world, we also integrate the ADEK AI Curriculum, enabling students to develop AI literacy, computational thinking, and an understanding of the ethical use of emerging technologies. Throughout their learning journey, students strengthen their digital literacy by using technology purposefully to research, create, collaborate, communicate, and solve authentic problems, becoming confident and responsible digital citizens. This reflects our commitment to developing learners who are digitally literate, critical thinkers, and innovative problem-solvers.

Across both programs, learning extends beyond the classroom through meaningful co- curricular experiences, leadership opportunities, innovation, and community engagement. Every stage of our curriculum is designed to develop academically driven, reflective learners who act with integrity, embrace diversity, and graduate ready to lead with wisdom, compassion, and purpose.
