Registration for the next school year begins in January and continues throughout the year.

A.Y 2026-2027

Families are encouraged to attend their schools’ back-to-school functions and to contact their schools’ office staff to arrange a time to visit.

The primary language of instruction at ANNS is English. We will consider those students who are not proficient in English if we believe that, they will be able to develop proficiency in academic English sufficient to enter the school.

Students who require additional support will work with our English Language Specialists individually and in small groups until they are fully able to mainstream into the classroom. Normally, Grade 6 is the last year to which a beginner English Learner is admitted to the School.

It is not our policy to have a child repeat a grade because of their English level, as this will quickly improve and the child should be placed in the correct grade for social and emotional reasons as well as academic.

If there are no available seats in the required class, the registration request will be placed on a waiting list. Please keep in mind that the waiting list has a maximum capacity, and if the school exceeds it, the registration request will be cancelled.

Priority will be given to students with siblings in school or whose parents are school employees.

The list is handled at the beginning of each term by the registration department.

The guardian will receive a text message and email stating the status of the application, which can be viewed through the parent’s portal.

• The system will terminate the designated screens at the conclusion of the specified re-registration period, while the medical file and digital resources screens will remain operational. If you so desire, kindly take note of the following:
• 1. Completion of tuition fees for the current year is a requirement.
• 2. The medical file and digital resources have been finalized.
• 3. Inquire about the availability of spaces by visiting the Registration Department.
• 4. The procedure will be finalized in the Registration Department if there are still available spaces in the schools.
• 5. Should spaces be unavailable, the student will be added to a waiting list, with priority given to students who have already registered.
• We trust that all parties will collaborate to finalize the re-registration process.

• The Medical file is now part of the re-registration process, as instructed by the Department of Education and Knowledge. After checking the tuition fees, please ensure to fully complete the medical file in the system so that you can proceed with re-registration.

• The registration department cannot complete the application. Their staff will politely inform you that only the parent is authorized to finalize the file.

• The data was previously in paper form; however, the Ministry of Health and the Department of Education and Knowledge have mandated that it be completed electronically, rather than in paper form. Therefore, we kindly request your assistance in finalizing the document, which should not exceed five minutes, as we have come to expect from you.

• Yes, you can. The file is important and not linked to any payment. However, you won’t be able to access the re- registration screen if it’s not completed.

• The file has required fields that must be filled in. If any of them are left blank, the system won’t save your information.

• The Curriculum Department has developed digital learning materials for the 2025–2026 school year. These materials are a key part of the school program. To make them available in your child’s account, parents must approve and pay for them.
• If you don’t approve, it means you’re not agreeing to the curriculum, and you won’t be able to finish the re-registration.
• The cost of these digital resources is already included in the tuition fee, and giving your approval is an important part of completing re-registration.

• The Parent section of the application is where you can make the necessary updates.

• Students are photographed to promote their school activities through school pages. Before the photo is published, we must obtain electronic approval. Your children will not be featured on our official pages if you decline.

• You can update this on the student’s page. There’s a section asking about the guardian. If only you are legally authorized, you must upload the court order on your child’s profile.
• If the other parent has passed away, please upload a copy of the death certificate.

• 1. The system requires certain information from the guardian, which is mandatory and necessary for the process to be completed. Without this information, the system cannot proceed.
• 2. During the saving process, fields that are mandatory are emphasized and highlighted.
• 3. If you input the required information, it will be saved, and the re-registration process will be completed.

• In case the ID has expired, it is not possible to renew the registration until it has been renewed, and the required steps have been taken for its renewal.

• Without paying the tuition fees, it is not possible to re-register, and the system will be blocked until payment is received.

• 1. You can sign up for school transportation through the re-registration page. You must first complete the re-registration process before proceeding to the school transportation screen and applying for participation.
• 2. You must enter from the transportation icon screen to change the address, cancel the service, or re-register.

• If your child is under 12 years old, you must update who is allowed to receive them at home. You’ll need to provide a valid contact number, Emirates ID number, and a recent photo of that person.
• If any details change, please update them right away. Only the person you list will be allowed to pick up your child. If someone else is present, the bus supervisor will not release your child.

• 1. Finish the re-registration process.
• 2. Select Change of Program.
• 3. Complete the Change of Program application form.
• 4. Monitor the application and wait for approval if we have available vacancy.

• Comprehensive details about each program offered at the school, along with relevant curriculum-related information, can be found on the parent portal. You can access the parent portal to review the available information. If you feel the need for further clarification, please feel free to contact the academic officer to arrange a meeting and discuss your concerns.

• If you wish to modify your contact information, please submit an official email to the Registration Department. We will contact you to verify the new information.

• After completing the re-registration process, an email and a text message will be sent to the guardian confirming receipt of the application.
• Within five working days you will be notified regarding your application.
